Job description35 years experience implementing Microsoft 365 workplace solutions. Strong hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva. Proven experience with Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI). Exposure to Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API and third-party migration tools is advantageous. Solid understanding of governance, compliance and security in Microsoft 365. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, MS-600) will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into modern workplace solutions.
- Configure and deliver Microsoft 365 platforms including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Viva.
- Build automation and reporting solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Plan and manage data and document migrations, using tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions and user adoption programmes.
- Provide technical documentation, governance guidance, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
