Duties
Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximise revenue from existing clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across assigned accounts to expand product and service adoption.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure customer retention and revenue stability.
Analyse account performance, identify gaps, and create actionable plans to drive growth.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer portfolios.
