Just Bee Honey was founded in 2015 by friends Joe Harper and Andy Sugden. We make delicious, all-natural honey products with added health benefits—and have a powerful brand story rooted in family, wellness, and sustainability. In the last two years we have experienced 100% year on year growth and have become one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C food brands. We manufacture all our products and fulfil every customer order in-house at our Trafford Park facility in Manchester. Our team has grown from 15 to 25 over the past 12 months, and we're just getting started.

Job Title : Executive Assistant to Founders

Location : Remote, working to UK hours

Reporting To : Joe and Andy – Just Bee Founders

Type : Full-time, 35 hours per week

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant to support our founders and wider team. This is a varied role where you’ll be trusted with a mix of day-to-day admin, project work, and strategic support. You’ll need to be hands-on, tech-savvy, and comfortable switching between finance tasks, marketing systems, and people management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy wearing many hats, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Executive Support

Manage diaries, inboxes, and priorities for the two founders.

  • Organise meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Finance Admin
  • Support bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting (Xero, PayPal, payments).

  • Liaise with accountants and external finance partners as needed.
  • Help track budgets and spending across departments.
  • Marketing & E-commerce Admin
  • Support with TikTok Seller Centre and Affiliate Centre.

  • First point of contact for marketing agencies
  • Assist with Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Update product info, track campaigns, and liaise with marketing team.
  • Creating content for Founders to post on social media
  • Recruitment & People
  • Coordinate recruitment processes (posting roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews).

  • Support onboarding of new hires.
  • Projects
  • Deliver one-off projects from research tasks to process improvements.

  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc admin to keep the business running smoothly.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in client support, operations, or executive assistance – ideally supporting founders or senior teams remotely - 5+ years experience required.
  • Clear, confident communicator – able to write and respond professionally on our behalf
  • High attention to detail – keeps things accurate, organised, and on track
  • Comfortable juggling moving parts and staying calm under pressure
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems (Xero, Shopify, TikTok, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup

    Pay : £10.00–£12.00 / hour, 35 hours / week. Based on experience
