Purpose of Role :

Partner with Factory, Warehouse, Logistics and Country leaders to build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. As the trusted HR expert, you’ll simplify complexity, champion talent development, and influence business strategy - empowering teams across Africa to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
