Job descriptionOversee and manage technical support and maintenance activities Ensuring the highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall industrial strategic objectives Technical support : ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime Maintenance planning and support : achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward-planned and structured maintenance activities Compliance : ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation Customer service : maintain a strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines
REQUIREMENTS
- An Electrical Engineering Diploma is advantageous
- 3-phase Installation Electricians - Wireman's license
- 3-5 years’ experience in fault-finding, system integration and solar installations
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems)
- Knowledge of relevant production, engineering, sales and marketing processes and practices
