Job descriptionProvide technical support and assist customers with product preparation, training, and troubleshooting Offer assistance to sales representatives at customer sites to help gain market share Handle urgent deliveries and collections when required Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge; continuously seek to improve technical expertise Set up and manage product display counters for promotional or demonstration purposes Communicate regularly through weekly reports and emails Identify and develop new product lines to drive business growth Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Our Client, a prominent name in the FMCG Industry, is seeking to employ a Technical Sales Representative to their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements :
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent qualification
- Sales experience (in any industry); experience in FMCG preferred
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
