Job descriptionCA(SA) qualification (essential). Minimum 57 years experience in group consolidations within a listed environment. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles. Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Be part of a market leader in property development. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the group consolidation process for multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant reporting standards.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements .
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and systems .
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide strategic insights and support to senior management.
