Job descriptionDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, SOPs, FAQs, system manuals, and training materials. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and consistency of content. Translate technical jargon into clear and concise language for diverse audiences. Manage document version control and ensure compliance with organizational documentation standards. Create and edit instructional and demonstration videos using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut. Design visual aids, infographics, and screen captures to enhance understanding of technical procedures. Familiar with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, GitHub, or MadCap Flare. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and agile documentation methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Creative approach to technical education and knowledge sharing. Comfortable working independently or as part of a distributed IT team.
