Main Purpose
To design a variety of digital and print materials, ensuring consistency with corporate identity guidelines across multiple brands. The role also involves supporting the team with AI-assisted design tools, basic motion graphics, and multimedia content creation.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
KPA 1 : Graphic Design and Visual Content Creation
Design graphics for social media, marketing materials, newsletters, presentations, videos, and internal communications
Expertise in photography, image editing, and manipulation
Create engaging visuals adhering to corporate identity guidelines
KPA 2 : Design Software Proficiency
Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Basic motion graphics skills such as GIF creation and video editing
KPA 3 : Brand Compliance and Design Consistency
Follow corporate identity guidelines and adapt designs to different brand styles
Ensure consistency across all visual materials
KPA 4 : Task Management and Timely Delivery
Coordinate tasks via ticketing systems to meet deadlines
Oversee the “used equipment” page for all companies, sourcing photos and creating social media content
KPA 5 : Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members to ensure designs meet project requirements
Collaborate with managers, peers, and subordinates
Minimum Required : Grade 12
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field (advantageous)
1–2 years in graphic design or related role
Experience with AI tools for design support is advantageous
