WatersEdge Solutions is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Junior Designer to join a growing creative team within a leading fintech environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a design graduate or early-career creative to grow their portfolio while working on high-impact, real-world projects—from digital content to branded collateral.

About the Role

As Junior Designer, you’ll support a multidisciplinary design team across various internal and client-facing projects. You’ll contribute to creating professional, on-brand design assets for social media, presentations, digital campaigns, and print materials. You’ll also be exposed to product design, marketing strategy, and branding best practices in a fast-paced, B2B software environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital and print-ready graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral

Edit, retouch, and optimise images for various media formats

Follow brand guidelines and support senior designers on layout and production tasks

Participate in brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas

Prepare final artwork files for production or upload

Accept and apply feedback constructively during reviews

What You’ll Bring

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (image editing, illustration, vector design)

Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layout and print design

Basic understanding of animation or video tools (e.g., After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus

Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy

Comfortable designing in PowerPoint and Canva

Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work with a high level of accuracy

Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset

A portfolio showcasing original work using Adobe Creative Cloud

Nice to Have

Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing

Exposure to tech or financial services design environments

Willingness to learn new platforms and design software
