Qualifications Required : A Senior Certificate (essential)A relevant qualification (preferred)A minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a senior sales position within the Corporate SectorTechnical Knowledge as per the below Products : Product Knowledge including VOIP, Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, WIFI, Networking, Client Computing & DataCentre Solutions (Avaya, Microsoft, Crestron, Extron, Poly, CISCO, Huawei, Yealink, Audio Codes, HP, Dell, VM Ware)Should have achieved a target performance of more than 75% over the past 3 yearsExisting client baseKey Responsibilities : Market the Company, its Products, Solutions, and continuously improve the Clients perception of the CompanyThe Account Manager must have a good understanding of the following : Client Organisational Structure, Client Environment, Client decision-making process, Clients KPIs, Client Projects and Strategic direction, Client Procurement cycles and processes, Understand the competitive landscape.Provide Clients with continuous Product and Solutions updatesResponsible for the day-to-day management of current Clients and to generate new businessAchieve Quarterly and Annual Sales TargetsMaintain and grow market share within the Corporate SectorProvide weekly feedback on pipelines and quotations as well as strategic initiatives for projectsConduct and submit monthly sales forecastingUpdate Sales Tools and relevant systems, along with the Customer Information SheetClient calls, physical visits to all clients at least once every week, a minimum of 12 Client visits per weekClient calls : Telephonic to all Clients at least once a weekMust be able to do daily call planning on all Accounts allocatedPrepare and provide clients with quotations on requestFollow up on a bi-monthly basis on quotations (possible and already distributed)Ensure the Client is updated on deliveries and order progress as and when neededDo deliveries if requiredProvide after-sales support to clientsFollow up on invoices and paymentsAttend weekly debtors meetingsAttend product training sessionsEnsure internal training is up to date on a quarterly basisAttend sales meetings & marketing eventsAssistance as and when required with tender submissionsAd-hoc requests as and when requiredOther Requirements : Own transportFluent in Afrikaans & English (speak & write)
