Architect Skills and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design holistic solutions covering product lifecycle processes, including PLM, ERP, CRM, and digital engagement platforms.Integrate systems of record (ERP, PLM) with systems of engagement (eCommerce, self-service portals, mobile apps).Leverage cloud-native capabilities and modern integration patterns (APIs, microservices) for scalability and resilience.Provide architectural governance and guide teams of 2–10 junior architects; occasionally manage cross-functional teams (developers, testers) within budget constraints.Drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics into product-centric solutions.Critical Skills
5+ years experience designing enterprise-scale solutions across functional and technical domains.Proven ability to architect solutions spanning product lifecycle systems and customer-facing platforms.Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) or demonstrated expertise in cloud-native architectures.Strong knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps, performance optimization, and operational considerations.Experience in documenting designs and securing approvals from governance forums (e.g., design review boards).Ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.Preferred Skills
