Compensation : $1,000–$1,500 / month B2B (Annual : $12,000–$18,000)

We act more like a product-led growth company than a traditional agency, constantly testing new systems, refining data workflows, and scaling what works.

You’ll learn directly from the founders, get deep exposure to how high-performing outbound systems are built, and play a key role in improving them as we grow.

For the right person, this role can evolve into Operations Lead or Client Success Manager over time.

The Role

This isn’t a back-office admin position. It’s a hands-on operations and systems role where you’ll keep multiple moving parts running smoothly, from client onboarding to system automation and data integrity.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Client Success Managers and Copywriters to make sure every campaign runs with precision, every dataset is clean, and every system works as intended.

What You’ll Do

• Support client onboarding and campaign setup alongside the CSM team
• Manage and monitor operational systems (Clay, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Make, Notion, etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks and build small automations to fix them
• Ensure campaign data, emails, and integrations are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with the CEO to streamline workflows and document new processes
• Continuously analyse performance and propose efficiency improvements

Compensation

This is a remote contractor role , paid on a monthly retainer of $1,000–$1,500 depending on experience.

While it’s an entry-level role, we see it as a long-term investment. As you master our systems and take on more ownership, you’ll have the chance to grow into a senior operations or client delivery position.
