Job Description
To manage the delivery of projects through the application of best-practice project management skills, tools and techniques, whilst engaging with and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions within the required parameters in terms of scope, cost and quality. The role requires strong organisational, analytical and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects from initiation to handover, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports and documentation to provide stakeholders with clear visibility on progress, risks and impacts.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams, consultants, contractors and vendors, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, implementing governance and compliance processes to maintain project integrity.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Commerce or Project Management (required).Postgraduate Degree in Business Commerce or Project Management (preferred).Experience Required
5–7 years’ significant experience in end-to-end project management, coordinating project teams and cross-functional resources.Demonstrated ability to plan, initiate, execute, control and close projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives and compliance with organisational standards.Strong experience in resource management, financial monitoring, risk management and stakeholder engagement.Proven track record of producing project reports, managing timelines, budgets and governance processes to deliver measurable outcomes.Behavioural Competencies
