The Role

The Role : Trained Unit Manager, Emergency Department

This leadership role places you at the heart of the hospital\'s Emergency Department, where your clinical expertise and managerial acumen will guide operations, elevate care standards, and develop future nursing leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Emergency Department team, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation
