Job descriptionSound knowledge of Civil construction standards. Analytical & methodical approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills (Verbal / Written) including preparing / compiling detailed technical reports. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools. Compile / Review inspection & test plans, quality control plans (QCPs) and related inspection / testing records. Compile Work Package QA / QC Datapacks for each section of work. Compile reports on project quality (system / workmanship) compliance. Manage, issue and control design packages, drawings and as-built records. Manage the project NCR system; interface with Clientele and Project Management concerning project quality related defects and remedial actions. Manage & coordinate Quality Control team members (QC / QC Inspectors / Document Controllers). Conduct quality evaluations / audit of project subcontractors & suppliers. Assessment of critical materials delivered to site. Interface / Coordination with Laboratory services concerning site testing requirements. Internal auditing of the site QMS in terms of ISO 9001. Implementing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) on site Developing and reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs) Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), audits, and QA / QC documentation Overseeing QA / QC teams and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant electrical network standards Interfacing with laboratory services for testing and quality verification Supporting pre-commissioning and handover documentation Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering (N.Dip / B.Tech or related) 5-7 years of site-based QA / QC experience in construction ISO 9001 Internal Auditing Certificate Experience with wind farm projects and electrical scope is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of electrical network standards and civil construction QA / QC practices Excellent communication and reporting skills Mid-Senior level Full-time Quality Assurance Residential Building Construction

Project QA / QC Manager REPORTING TO : Contracts Manager (Direct) / Platform Quality Manager (Functional) FUNCTIONAL ROLE; To assume the responsibility of the management, coordination and implementation of the quality management system for the project.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (N.Dip / B.Tech) or related technical discipline.
- Internal auditing ISO 9001 Certificate.
- Valid driver's licence.
Minimum 8-10 years site construction QA / QC experience (Civil).
