Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all departments, including housekeeping, guest services, food & beverage, wellness, and programming
Coordinate team flow, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth guest experiences
Implement and refine operational systems, SOPs, and checklists for consistency and accountability
Manage scheduling, budgets, inventory, and quality control
Guide team leads toward operational excellence
Translate leadership vision into actionable, day-to-day practices
Bridge communication and collaboration across teams
Maintain the integrity and harmony of the environment and guest experience
Ideal Candidate
5+ years leadership experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, retreats, or purpose-driven environments
Skilled in building systems and frameworks that support smooth, people-centered operations
Emotionally intelligent communicator with cross-functional leadership experience
Calm, grounded, and solution-oriented under pressure
Tech-savvy, hands-on, and humble team player
Deeply aligned with values of sustainability, conscious living, and intentional hospitality
