Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to understand their engineering recruitment needs and expectations
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for clients
- Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing feedback and communications
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities within the engineering sector
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Organize recruitment campaigns, attending industry events to network and promote company services
Experience and Skills Required :
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering fieldStrong understanding of the engineering industry and key roles within itExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidatesAbility to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneouslyStrong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareProficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing candidatesIdeal candidates will have a passion for engineering and a drive to connect talent with opportunity.Benefits
