Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 180 recruitment process : candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline within the IT and professional services sectors.
- Collaborate closely with the UK-based client services team to understand job briefs and provide excellent candidate matches.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively source and engage candidates internationally.
- Implement automation tools and AI-driven recruitment processes to optimise sourcing and candidate management.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
- Provide a first-class experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
3–5 years of experience in a 180 recruitment role, ideally within the IT or white-collar sector.International exposure in a professional environment is essential (not limited to recruitment)Experience with Clay is essential..Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Strong understanding or hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in recruitment or operations.Native-level English communication skills – verbal and written (you’ll be working with clients in the Nordic region).Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and platforms.Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
