Sales Representative

Job descriptionDevelop new business opportunities within target industries Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Prepare and manage quotations via CRM system Oversee stock orders, deliveries, and branch logistics Supervise and support the branch assistant Track projects and parts from order to delivery Achieve sales and branch performance targets Represent the company professionally across the region Basic Salary : R55 000 Car Allowance : R10 000 Commission : 10% on gross profit (GP) once sales exceed your cost to company (CTC). Paid one month in arrears. 13th Cheque : Payable annually on a pro rata basis if not employed for a full calendar year. Company Benefits : Company cell phone (for business use) Company laptop Fuel card for business-related travel Retirement Annuity : After 3 months, company contribution of approximately R2 000 per month to Liberty RA policy, with option for personal contributions.
Candidate Profile
- Matric qualified
- Holds a valid Drivers License
- Has 35 years experience as a Sales Representative within the Mining industry
- Service-oriented, detail-driven, and strong under pressure
- A confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Technically inclined with solid mechanical knowledge
- Organised, computer-literate, and self-motivated
- Honest, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
