The Job
You will be responsible for :
Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and handling email communications proactively.Organise and prepare for executive meetings with an emphasis on sales and strategy discussions, optimising the CEO’s time allocation.Coordinate next steps after meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and executed by the CEO and relevant team members.Assist in research and sales support tasks, ensuring the CEO and sales team have the necessary insights and data.Protect sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs, addressing challenges before they arise.The Profile
2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, with proven experience working in a start-up environment.Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, dynamic settings.Strong interest in the fintech or finance sectors, with knowledge of sales processes or sales support a plus.Forward-thinking mindset, with a knack for anticipating the CEO’s needs and tracking follow-through on key tasks.Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.Previous experience in consulting, start-up, or financial services is advantageous.The Employer
