Generator & Transformer Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and electricians responsible for generator and transformer maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and preventative maintenance plans .
• Monitor performance of generators and transformers , troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of parts, equipment, and technical services.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and mitigate operational risks.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety regulations, occupational health standards, and company policies .
• Maintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance reports, and performance documentation .
• Train new staff and provide ongoing development in generator and transformer operations .
• Communicate effectively with property managers, facilities teams, and technical staff .
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in generator and transformer maintenance.
