This will help us excel at operational efficiency and maintaining employee trust to stay ahead of the game.What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include :
Administration of HR input as received from HR administratorsProcessing of Medical aid informationProcessing of the payroll inputs to ensure accurate, compliant and timely salary paymentsEnsure timeous reconciliation of the payrolls and ensure the on-time availability of Month-end ReportsEnsure timeous completion of IPE templates as required for SOX purposesEnsure the correct administration of third-party payments on behalf of the employees – including garnishee orders, provident funds and medical aid administrationPreparation of pay-run input for all entitiesPreparation of statutory returns for final payroll sign-off by the Payroll ManagerEnsure all supporting documentation for each monthly payroll is saved for all entities as required for auditsPreparation of Balance sheet reconciliations, for Statutory payments and payroll related provisionsReports required by the Payroll Manager :Leave analysis – WorkdayCost of employment movement trackerHeadcount movementPayroll reconciliationCompany VariancePreparing monthly payroll reconsPayroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligationsPayroll Systems & Audits :Ensure all relevant information is updated and correct with regards to Sage 300 and Workday.Ensure Payroll systems, employee records and reports are available for auditing purposes.Prepare and assist with all audits across all entities as requiredThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Diploma in Payroll AdministrationMinimum 2-3 years working experience on Sage 300 People and / or PaySpace.Advanced Microsoft excel skills and overall proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Strong Analytical and Technical skills with problem-solving ability.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A team player with good interpersonal skillsExcellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy, methodical and disciplinedDemonstrates confidentiality, tact and discretionHigh sense of accountabilityAble to multi-task and work under pressureEfficient with prioritization of tasksAbility to plan and executeAdaptableResilientDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

Experience in processing multiple payrolls across the African ContinentWorkday experienceSOX experiencePrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry,Accounting / Financial Services jobs
