About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled and strategic SEO Specialist with deep technical knowledge and a strong understanding of full-scale SEO implementation. This role will focus on designing and executing complex SEO strategies, managing high-value client accounts, and mentoring junior team members.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technical SEO, data interpretation, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Execution

Develop and manage advanced SEO strategies across multiple client websites

Conduct technical audits and implement fixes (Core Web Vitals, structured data, JavaScript SEO, crawl optimization, mobile-first indexing)

Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices

Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends, including AI-driven optimization and voice / visual search

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the lead SEO strategist for high-value clients

Present strategies, recommendations, and performance reports clearly and confidently

Report on SEO performance, KPIs, and ROI to both internal and external stakeholders

Team Collaboration and Leadership

Mentor junior SEO team members

Share knowledge and best practices across the marketing team

Manage multiple SEO projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery

What We Are Looking For

Technical Expertise

Strong technical SEO skills including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, and crawl efficiency

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others

Experience with large-scale site migrations and enterprise-level SEO implementations

Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, AI-powered SEO, and entity-based optimization

Analytical Thinking

Strong skills in keyword research, SEO forecasting, and competitive analysis

Ability to draw insights from data to refine SEO strategy

Communication and Collaboration

Ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams

Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Required Experience

7 to 10+ years of SEO experience, ideally in an agency or enterprise environment

Proven success leading SEO strategies for large brands or complex portfolios

Experience mentoring team members and working with cross-functional teams

Work Requirements

100% remote, work-from-home

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Eastern Time
