Key Responsibilities

• Log and manage incidents / requests in work queues
• Resolve or escalated issues within SLA
• Provide first-line support and escalating when needed
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Follow shift handovers, change control, and escalation processes
• Assist with routine maintenance and contribute to documentation
• Perform additional support tasks as required
