REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years experience in an agency role focused on Paid Ads or Performance Marketing
- Google Ads Certified with advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and campaign optimization
- Strong technical confidence and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret data and strategy clearly
- Self-managed, focused, and structured approach to work
- Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles
- Passion for travel, nature, and Africas tourism industry
DUTIES
Design, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and display networksSet up and manage tracking and analytics (GTM, GA4, UTM links) to ensure accurate, actionable insightsCollaborate with creative and strategy teams to align performance marketing with storytelling objectivesBuild and interpret KPI dashboards to drive continuous testing and improvement of ROISupport marketing automation setup, including CRM triggers and Mailchimp sequencesProduce transparent, clear reporting and bring consistent accountability to campaign cyclesManage and juggle the workload capacitySalary : R negotiable dependent on experience
