Overview
Ringier South Africa is building the Content Distribution Engine (CDE), a marketing and automation tool that scales content distribution across search, social, and discovery channels to drive free, high-intent traffic and repeat engagement. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to help drive growth and adoption of the CDE across multiple industries, acting as a bridge between clients and the platform.
Our Team Mission
To drive the growth and adoption of the CDE by helping clients maximize the platform’s SEO, social media, and paid marketing capabilities, ensuring clients extract full performance from the tool, optimising their digital presence and increasing revenue opportunities.
What will you do?
- Client Acquisition – Identify target clients, conduct discovery calls, perform product demos, and communicate the value proposition of the CDE.
- Client Retention & Growth – Manage ongoing client relationships, optimise platform usage, provide insights on SEO and paid marketing performance, and drive deeper adoption of CDE’s full feature set to maximise investment.
- Develop and execute strategies with clients to increase engagement, drive upsell opportunities, and expand share of wallet with existing clients.
Tools and Tech
Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Github, Slack, and Google Workspace.SEO & Analytics : Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.Paid Advertising : Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.Social Media Management : Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and related tooling.Familiarity with or ability to learn SQL for querying data is an advantage.This is a remote position.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).3+ years in a client-facing digital marketing role, ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of SEO and search engine marketing, including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.Experience running paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.Hands-on experience with social media marketing and organic content distribution strategies.Experience in client success, customer relationship management, or
