We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager that will lead the influencer and partnership strategy, focusing on scalable, ROI-driven campaigns. This role requires a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital and social trends who is skilled in building and managing influencer relationships across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & Execute Campaigns : Plan and launch influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Influencer Outreach : Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with influencers who align with brand values and target audience.

Content Coordination : Partner with influencers to create compelling, brand-consistent content that resonates with target demographics.

Performance Tracking : Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI, to inform and optimize future campaigns.

Stay Current on Trends : Monitor industry and social media trends, identifying new approaches to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.

Collaborate Across Teams : Coordinate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital PR, preferably within a remote or distributed team setting.

Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow influencer relationships across social media platforms.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing tools, platforms, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
