We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant for a Recruitment agency
Duties : Sourcing of candidates on job portals, Screening of appropriate candidates, Typing CVs for submittal, Social media advertising, headhunting of candidates.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as recruitment assistant, or sales assistant, or with customer services or call centre sales
- Must have excellent communication skills and telephonic skills
- Social media and networking skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of working on MS Office
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Home based office with internet connection
- Ability to work remotely at all time
