Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a small on-site team (2 members) to ensure efficient workflow
  • Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in new builds and construction projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety and compliance regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a recognized Plumbing Qualification / Trade Test Certificate
  • Proven experience in new builds and construction plumbing projects
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on-site
  • Ability to lead and manage a small team efficiently
  • Valid drivers license
