MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB : The role of the Specialist : Solutions Design Specialist is to strategically advise the business on the Bank’s Learning Strategy, ensuring that organisational talent is optimised through development. Furthermore, the Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing high quality and effective learning solutions, using a variety of media.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum
- A graduate qualification in Human Resources with specialisation in Learning and Development or Training
- Experience with Bankseta and a good understanding of the Bankseta processes.

A post-graduate qualification in Human Resources with specialisation in Learning & Development or Training ManagementETDP (Education Training Development Practitioner) certificationRELEVANT EXPERIENCE :
8 years experience in People & Culture Learning and Development Environment - Relevant experience in the Learning and Development consultingHands-on expertise in Learning Management Systems (Udemy experience is critical)Competence
