About The Role

Are you passionate about international logistics and supply chain operations? Join our dynamic team as an Export Coordinator , where you'll play a key role in managing export shipments, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage open export shipments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate export documentation including customs, inspections, invoicing, and reverse logistics.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) and external partners (freight forwarders, customs, inspection agencies).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to audits and financial processes.
• Handle Letters of Credit and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
• Participate in meetings and report on KPIs related to delivery performance.
