We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web application hosting technologies, cloud-native architectures, and networking / security best practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our Azure-hosted applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

Azure Services Support

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot key Azure services including App Service, SQL Database, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Implement service improvements, scaling strategies, and automation for better performance and cost optimization.

Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
