This includes individual giving, corporate partnerships, institutional grants, trusts, foundations, events, and community-led fundraising initiatives. Passionate about the charity’s mission and values. Results-driven, proactive, and resilient. Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach. High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical, transparent fundraising. Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets across multiple income streams, particularly from institutional donors and corporate partnerships. Strong written skills, with experience preparing successful funding bids, proposals, and impact-focused reports. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to develop creative campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong financial awareness, including budget management and an understanding of impact-linked financing mechanisms. Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practice. Experience within the international development, sustainability, or responsible sourcing sectors. Familiarity with donor management systems / CRM databases. Experience in digital fundraising and leveraging social media for impact storytelling. Line management experience.
