Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst I to join our team at Teleperformance SA. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and developing management information (MI) systems, providing operational insights, and contributing to the success of our campaigns and business objectives.

Qualifications

Education : Matric equivalent qualification (essential).
Work Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role (essential).
Background in the BPO sector (essential).
Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.

Responsibilities

Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple systems (Client and TP platforms).

Design, prepare, and deliver insightful reports tailored to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data-related deliverables.

Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for operational teams.

Support campaign performance enhancements by reporting key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Actively participate in strategy discussions to drive business and campaign objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with the broader WFM and MI teams to align reporting and operational goals.

Required Skills

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables and macros (essential).

Familiarity with automated reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Time and Task Management : Demonstrates flexibility in handling shifting priorities and multiple demands; ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
