Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for :

Conducting as many high-quality survey interviews as possible with residents who meet screening criteria and accurately capturing their responses

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements :

National Senior Certificate or equivalent

Data capturing experience

Read, write and speak English & Afrikaans

Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite

Experience working in a call centre (advantageous)

Survey fieldwork experience (advantageous)

Skills :

Telephone etiquette

Written and verbal communication

Attention to detail

Abilities :

Work well under pressure

Work independently

Apply sound judgement

Knowledge and Commitment :

Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles, policies and program of action

Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
