Job descriptionPrepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets. Manage labour-only payment claims and reconcile labour costs. Prepare and review bills of quantities. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Maintain precise cost control records and payment documentation.
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in CCS (Candy) software and Labour-Only Payment processes.
Key Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in CCS (Candy) software.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Labour-Only Payment calculations and management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost control and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
