Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading Construction and Development company with offices in Cape Town and Sandton, renowned for delivering high-end residential projects and managing their own in-house developments.

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with CCS and a strong understanding of residential construction cost control, estimating, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations
• Conduct detailed measurement and pricing using CCS software
• Manage subcontractor and supplier payments
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure financial efficiency
• Contribute to cost reporting and risk management
