Job description

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

Deploying new meters into the field
Business development
Creating brand awareness
Managing the complete utilities collection and payments process
Ensuring compliance & reviewing of leases for accurate utility charges
Monitoring energy consumption for sustainability reporting
Liaising with suppliers
Managing and mentoring of team

Behavioural Competencies :

Technically minded

Strong leadership and team management skills

High level of self-motivation and initiative

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Confident and sound decision-making ability

Effective verbal and written communication

Strong electrical technical experience
