We are recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst role on a 3-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather document and analyse business requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Develop and maintain process models workflows and solution designs to support business improvements and system enhancements.
- Support project teams with requirements planning business requirement specifications and functional documentation.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in project management activities including tracking deliverables timelines and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of ICT solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through business process analysis and re-engineering.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or a related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis business process management or business process engineering.Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.Practical experience in ICT solutions delivery business logic modelling design and implementation.Strong business analytic skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.Experience developing business requirements specification documentation process flows and project documentation.Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to business analysis tools and modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN UML).Understanding of change management principles.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Required Experience :
