Project Manager

Responsibilities :

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and internal teams.

Prepare detailed project plans schedules and progress reports.

Monitor site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure all project documentation is up to date and properly filed.

Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Project Manager within the shop fitting industry is essential.

Strong understanding of construction processes materials and regulations.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to manage budgets timelines and project scopes effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant tertiary qualification in project management construction or related field is advantageous.
