Are you a driven and dynamic Sales Manager with a passion for achieving exceptional results? We are seeking a high-performing individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and relationship building to take charge of our client’s growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Drive new business development with a hunter mentality, identifying and closing key opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Review spreadsheets and sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Close deals with a focus on delivering value and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • A relevant Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field .
  • Extensive experience in sales management, with a strong background in team leadership and business development.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
