Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for a Telesales Rep (Packaging) at Biopack. The Telesales Rep will be responsible for daily outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, meeting sales targets, and promoting our eco-friendly packaging solutions. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, providing product information, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telesales Rep will participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
