Administrator (Knysna)
Our client in the property sector is looking for a dynamic self-motivated Administrator to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited :
- Administrative duties for general filing and record keeping
- Invoicing and preparing supplier invoices due for payment
- Customer front desk management
- Petty Cash - management and recon
- Telephone and e-mail communications with customers / suppliers
- Reception duties including courier and building maintenance requirements
- any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time
Qualifications :
