About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled AI Engineer to contribute to both hands-on development and strategic innovation. You’ll play a key role in research-driven implementation, solution design, and full lifecycle AI model deployment. Reporting into senior technical leadership, you'll help shape the future of the organisation’s AI capability.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models, with a focus on semi-supervised learning and open-set recognition.
• Cross-Functional Integration : Collaborate with business units to ensure AI solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Research & Prototyping : Lead and contribute to real-time AI application research and prototyping in complex domains.
• Lifecycle Ownership : Oversee AI development from data ingestion through to deployment, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Architecture & Strategy : Contribute to high-level platform architecture and AI strategy.
• Knowledge Sharing : Document processes, share insights, and contribute to internal technical education.
• Ethical AI Compliance : Ensure solutions adhere to responsible AI standards and legal frameworks.
