The Global Operations team at Feedonomics
The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of Feedos who work to ensure our clients have the best possible experience at Feedonomics. The support side of the team handles both inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality. As part of our Global Operations team is the Advertising team, which is a client‑centric team supporting a fully managed solution that streamlines feed optimization, product listing, and data synchronization for hundreds of paid search, social media, and affiliate channels. Our stellar global operations team and support specialists are available 24 / 7, enabling Feedonomics to create a full service feed management experience for advertisers.
The Role
The Enterprise Feed Coordinator (ecommerce shopping feed coordinator) will be responsible for setting up, analyzing, and defining optimizations to be made on product data feeds for our clients in the APAC region. You will be responsible for all elements of integrating client’s data feed, ensuring adherence to Feedonomics and industry best practices and documented methodology to ensure a high level of service delivery. You will meet with clients and discuss feed optimizations and create a detailed data review that will guide the feed build team as they transform raw data into an optimized product feed, tuned for performance in each unique channel, including Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest and other advertising channels. This position reports to the Client Onboarding Manager, Integrations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field preferred.
Equivalent work experience in technical data integration or e‑commerce may be considered.
Job Type
Remote – work from home.
Working Hours
22 : 00 to 07 : 00 SAST, Sunday to Thursday.
APAC Hours : 07 : 00 to 16 : 00 AEST / 06 : 00 to 15 : 00 AEDT, Monday to Friday.
Salary
R24.5k to R26k per month.
