Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Service Advisor to join our team. The Technical Service Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and a passion for helping customers solve complex technical issues.Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chatAssist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware and software issuesCollaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issuesDocument customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise mannerIdentify and suggest improvements to technical support processes and proceduresStay up to date on product updates, new features, and technical advancementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyaltyQualifications :
