What Youll Do : Job Advertising & Candidate Sourcing Create and post compelling job ads across platforms like Logic Melon and LinkedIn.

Source and review applications using tools like Reed Watchdogs and LinkedIn Saved Searches.

Work with our global teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Shortlisting & Engagement Conduct Boolean and profile code searches to identify the best-fit candidates from CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Engage candidates via email, text, WhatsApp, and phone calls, presenting exciting opportunities and assessing their suitability.

Organize Zoom calls and follow-ups to maintain a personal touch throughout the recruitment process.

Pipeline Management & Coordination Manage candidate data and update progress using CRM systems (Talisman).

Schedule interviews, coordinate with clients, and ensure all details are captured and communicated efficiently.

Support consultants with job priorities, CV submissions, and calendar updates.

Team Collaboration Liaise with outsourced teams in South Africa and India for CV processing, admin tasks, and profile updates.

Work closely with directors and consultants to align on priorities and strategy.

Excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing.

Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
