Flexible hours each week, you can make your schedule with the patient on how and when you see them in the month.

Your role here will be essential in creating these meaningful relationships and enhancing the overall patient experience.

HHA Responsibilities : Assist patients in their homes with all daily activities under the instruction of the RN Case Manager.

These activities include everyday living, including but not limited to :

HousekeepingBathing and dressingTransportationCookingShoppingToiletingMedication managementMobility assistanceAlways follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care.

Requirements : Must have an active certification required by the state : First Aid, CPR Certification, Professional Liability Insurance, 1 step PPD, and a Physical.
