Job descriptionYou have a National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Youre organised, accurate, and thrive on efficiency. Youre tech-comfortable and enjoy working with HR systems and data. 23 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience. Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS / ESS / ERS). Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle. Familiarity with HR compliance, performance, or learning coordination. Experience in Retail, Customer service and Warehouse environments Strong ER experience HR processes and policies within the South African context. HR documentation and data accuracy standards. HRIS / ERP systems for employee information management. Labour law fundamentals and confidentiality protocols. Lifecycle Champion : Manage onboarding, changes, and exits with care and precision. Process Custodian : Keep employee data and HR documentation 100% accurate and compliant. People Partner : Be a friendly, trusted contact for Crew Members and leaders. Engagement Connector : Support events, surveys, and recognition programs. Tech Navigator : Maintain and improve HR system workflows. Service Ambassador : Uphold the companies values of care, excellence, and accountability in every interaction. A passion for helping people and getting the details right. A love for structure, systems, and process excellence. A strong sense of integrity and confidentiality. The ability to stay calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure. A genuine belief that HRs purpose is to help people - and the business - flourish.

ABOUT THE JOB
Were looking for a detail-driven, service-minded People Support Generalist to join our dynamic People Support team. Youll be the heartbeat of our employee experience ensuring every HR process, from onboarding to exit, runs smoothly and with care. In this role, youll maintain accurate employee data, coordinate lifecycle processes, and provide trusted support to both employees and managers. Key Responsibility Areas :
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes.
- Support HR processes related to performance, benefits, and recognition.
- Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns.
- Provide recruitment and training administration support.
- Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour regulations, and internal policies.
- Support HR systems (ERS / ESS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
