What You'll Do
As part of our network, you'll be eligible for project-based or ongoing roles with clients of Both&, Zynchronise, or other partner organisations. When matched, you may :
Map and analyse business processes across departments or systems
Identify pain points and co-design process improvements
Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement change (including low-code tools or more complex systems)
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications
Manage and support the execution of change, sometimes with technical partners or vendors
Contribute to internal IP, templates, and knowledge-building for the BAforHire network

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have :
Excellent process mapping and documentation skills
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving
A systems thinking mindset and ability to grasp complex business contexts
Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills (comfortable running workshops or interviews)
Experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or service design
A bias toward action and continuous improvement
An insatiable curiosity for how businesses work, and how they can work better
Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with devs, designers, product managers)
Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms (e.g., Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Make / Zapier)
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or project-based workflows
Degree or certification in Industrial Engineering, Business, Systems Thinking, or related fields
Previous work in multi-stakeholder environments or consulting
Access to curated project opportunities with values-aligned organisations
Multi-industry exposure and transferable skill development
Work on real-world transformation projects with measurable impact
High autonomy and flexibility (most roles are remote or hybrid)
